Description: Every Friday we will have a group journaling workshop. This group will be run by a licensed mental health professional so come with your questions. Session agenda: first we will do introductions, followed by a quick presentation then a prompt will be given to start journaling. We will reflect on our goals at the start of the week, challenges we faced, how we will unwind on the weekend and how to prepare better for the coming week. Bring your questions, pens and journals!!
